By accessing glereadytowear.com or placing an order with us, you accept these Terms & Conditions. We may update them from time to time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

Each order you place is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch confirmation. Before that point we may decline an order (for example if a piece has just sold out, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity), and we will refund any payment already taken.

Once an order has been submitted we are unable to amend it or add items to it. You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to glereadytowear@gmail.com; after dispatch, our Returns policy applies.

Prices on the site are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated. Equivalents in other currencies are indicative only. Your bank or payment provider sets the final conversion rate. Prices may change at any time, but the price displayed when we accept your order is the price you pay.

Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing errors do occur. If we find a clear pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may choose to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. Title in the goods remains with gle until we have received payment in full.

All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia. We aim to dispatch within the lead time shown at checkout but cannot guarantee delivery dates. Third-party couriers and customs clearance are outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on the first delivery attempt to the address you provided. Title passes when payment is received in full.

International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees on arrival. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not refunded if you decline the parcel. Please check your local rules before ordering.

gle pieces are cut, sewn and finished by hand in small runs by a circle of seamstresses in Bali. We use natural fibres (silk, cotton, linen) that respond to climate and washing in their own way.

Minor variation in colour, weave, weight, finish and fit between pieces, and from the photographs shown on the site, is part of the character of handmade resort wear. These variations are not defects and are not grounds for return under the Returns clause below. The Faulty Items clause covers genuine manufacturing defects.

Photographs are taken in natural light and rendered on different screens. We cannot guarantee perfect colour accuracy.

All sizes and measurements shown on the site are approximate. Please consult the size guide on each product page for guidance on fit.

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags attached may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for refund or exchange.

Final Sale items, swimwear, intimates, and made-to-order or altered pieces are not returnable except where faulty.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the piece is faulty. We recommend a tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit to us. Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) working days of receipt and are made to the original payment method, less original shipping costs.

If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact glereadytowear@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will offer repair, replacement or refund, chosen at our reasonable discretion having regard to the nature of the fault and the availability of the piece.

Normal wear, softening or shrinkage with washing, and handmade variation as described above are not faults.

You may create an account to track your orders and save preferences. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account or place an order.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for keeping your password confidential. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

The gle name and logo, our photography, garment designs, pattern cuts, copy, and the layout and design of this website are owned by gle ready to wear or licensed to us. They are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages of the site for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, framing, adaptation, or any commercial use requires our prior written consent.

If you post photographs of gle pieces tagged @gle.readytowear or with the hashtag #gleready on public social media, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to repost and reuse those photographs on our channels and site, with attribution.

gle pieces purchased through this site are for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to acquire pieces from us for the purpose of resale or commercial onward sale. We may refuse, cancel or restrict orders we reasonably believe are placed for resale.

You also agree not to use the site to:

• misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person;

• scrape, copy, mirror or systematically download our content;

• interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or security;

• transmit material that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate;

• use the site for any other commercial purpose without our consent.

We reserve the right to terminate access for breach of these Terms.

The site may link to third-party sites, including social media platforms, payment providers and shipping carriers. We are not responsible for the content, practices or availability of those third parties. Your dealings with them are subject to their own terms.

We do our best to keep the site available but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability, internet failure, or third-party platform issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the price paid for the piece concerned. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss, including loss of profit, opportunity or data.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by contract.

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, placing an order or subscribing to our communications you consent to that processing.

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The non-exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is the courts of Denpasar, Bali.

If you order from outside Indonesia, your local consumer protections may also apply where they cannot be excluded by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
