Shipping & Returns
Our 14-day returns policy is designed to give you confidence when ordering pieces you cannot try on first, while respecting the small batches and made-by-hand pieces in our collection. Please read this policy alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Return Window
You have fourteen (14) days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Pieces returned outside this window cannot be accepted.
2. What You Can Return
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have their original tags still attached.
Full-price pieces may be returned for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale pieces may be returned for exchange or store credit only, subject to stock availability.
3. What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, the following are not returnable except where faulty:
• Swimwear and one-piece swimsuits
• Intimates and lingerie
• Earrings and pierced jewellery
• Hair accessories
The following are also not returnable under any circumstances except where faulty:
• Pieces marked Final Sale or Outlet on the product page
• Made-to-order, altered or repaired pieces
• Gift cards and store credit vouchers
4. International Orders
Orders shipped outside Indonesia may be returned for refund only. We cannot facilitate cross-border exchanges.
Sale and Outlet pieces shipped internationally are Final Sale and are not returnable except where faulty.
Original outbound shipping, customs duties, taxes and local handling fees are not refunded.
5. How to Start a Return
Email glereadytowear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
• your order number;
• the piece(s) you wish to return;
• the reason for return.
We will reply with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and the return address. Please include the RA number on the outside of the parcel and inside on a copy of your packing slip.
Pieces sent back without a Returns Authorisation will be returned to you at your cost.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the piece is faulty. We recommend a tracked service with proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit to us.
Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Parcels marked Return To Sender without authorisation may have the cost of return shipping deducted from any refund.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) working days of receipt and inspection of the returned piece, and are issued to the original payment method only.
Where the original payment method is unavailable (for example, an expired card), we will issue a store credit voucher valid for six (6) months from issue.
Your bank or card issuer may take a further few business days to make the refund visible on your statement.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We can exchange a piece for the same style in a different size or colour, or for another piece of equal value.
Only one exchange is offered per original order. Any further change will need to be handled as a new purchase.
If your preferred replacement is not in stock, we will issue a refund (for full-price pieces) or a store credit voucher (for sale pieces).
9. Faulty or Damaged Pieces
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing fault, email glereadytowear@gmail.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the fault.
We will offer repair, replacement or refund at our reasonable discretion, having regard to the nature of the fault and the availability of the piece. Return shipping on faulty pieces is at our cost.
Normal wear, softening or shrinkage with washing, and the handmade variation described in our Terms & Conditions, are not faults.
10. Returns Address
All online returns are processed through our atelier in Canggu, Bali. The exact returns address is issued with your Returns Authorisation.
Please do not post pieces directly to our retail stores. They cannot be processed there.
